Free photo recovery software

MjM Data Recovery Limited have decided to release our photo recovery software for free use to members of the public. The software may only be used by individuals who have lost photographs. It is not to be used for commercial purposes.

Before using the software, you must agree to the standard end user license agreement contained within the package. You may download the program from the link on the left hand side of this page. The software is still in it's beta phase, but will remain as Freeware when beta testing is complete.

What will the software recover?

The software will only recover jpg photographs from formatted memory cards, deleted photos or corrupt memory cards. It is unable to recover photos from memory cards that are not recognised by windows as a device. If your memory card is no longer recognised by your computer, we may be able to recover the data using our Advanced memory recovery techniques.

But what if windows does not recognise my memory card?

• First check the cables to make sure they are seated correctly.
• If possible check the card on another computer

If the card is still not recognised, then there is a more serious problem. It is highly likely that our Advanced memory recovery techniques will be able to recover your data. Full details are available on our advanced memory data recovery page. This process involves removing the memory chips and recovering the data directly.

Technical support is offered via email only, we are unable to offer telephone support. So please do not telephone our offices for technical support on this product. The support email address can be found within the software download.
